Why are there no products on your website?

Pottery is a slow art form. If there are no products listed, we are either sold out, or all inventory will be at an in-person event. Sign-up for the newsletter for updates!

Can I shop in person?

you bet you can! Check out the "Events" page for upcoming in person markets. Sign up for the newsletter to stay in the loop.

Can my piece go in the dishwasher/microwave?

Yes! All wares are microwave and dishwasher safe.

What do I need to know about purchasing handmade pottery?

Like two pebbles on a shore, no two pieces are exactly the same. While I endeavor for consistency within types of wares, no two will be exactly alike and slight differences in colour or size may occur.

Can I return a purchase?

No, all sales are final. Kindly read the description and review the photos carefully before purchasing.

What's the deal with shipping?

Local pick-up is always available, select at check-out and I will send details on picking up your order.

Shipping delays are entirely out of my control. Should your piece arrive damaged due to carrier miss-handling, please reach out to me within 7-days of receiving your order and I will do my darndest to get you a replacement as soon as possible.
